Shipping Policy Overview

This document describes the shipping policy of 4Kids toys and www.4kidstoys.com .

The teams of 4Kids toys are committed to ship all the products to our valued customers within 2 working days from the order is received. We are currently ship to 5000 + cities in India. We are currently unable to ship outside India. Each item will be securely packed and ship through a reputed courier company to assure a safe and fast delivery. The products should reach to our customers within 4-7 working days normally. However, it may vary depend on the location, the nature of the product Etc….. Please check the delivery status to your location prior to purchase to minimize disappointment afterwards.

Delivery in Metros

Deliveries in metro cities are much faster compared to non-metros. The product should reach to our customers within 3-5 working days. Please make sure someone is available to answer the phone call and receive the shipment upon delivery. Please check the track shipment system or contact us if you have not received your items as specified.

Delivery in Non-Metros

Deliveries in non-metro cities may take longer than metros. The expected time of delivery in non-metro is approximately between 4-14days. Again, these may vary depend on the area you are living. Home delivery may not be possible if you are living in a remote area. You may required to collect the items from the courier company office that near to you if they unable to deliver. Please make sure, someone is available to answer the phone call and receive the shipment upon delivery. Please check the track shipment system or contact us if you have not received your items as specified.

Free Shipping

To avail our free shipping service, your total order value should be Rs 500 or more. If your total order value is less than Rs 500 there might be additional shipping charges applicable.

Certain products are not qualified for free shipping due to over size or weight limitation, Etc….. The cost of shipping of these items will be detailed on the product description or at check out point.

Track Shipment

When the product is dispatched from our ware house, our clients will receive an e-mail along with the shipment tracking number, information about expected delivery time Etc…. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received an e-mail from us within 2 days from the order is placed. You can check the updated shipping status on our website. Please allow some time to update the shipment status on the website after you have received the tracking number.

Shipment Return

Our courier partner will make every effort to reach our customer to deliver the product. After 3 attempts, if the customers are unreachable for delivery, the product will be returned back to our warehouse. Please make sure that you keep your contact information up-to-date on our website frequently and provide us multiple phone number. The returned items will be either re-shipped with an additional fee or treated as returned items and may qualify for refund. An administration fee of 10% of the value will be deducted for return and refund process.

Other Terms and Conditions

• All items purchased in one purchase order will be shipped in to one address. If customers prefer to ship items in to multiple address, then separate order must be placed.
• If the customer found the items are damaged at the time of delivery, please decline to accept and contact us immediately, we will make every effort to replace the items damaged on free of cost.
• For delivery to Assam, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Sikkim, Uttaranchal Pradesh and West Bengal may require additional document as part of the State Government commodity import law. Our customer support team will contact you to assist in this matter.
• We are committed to keep all items on stock. But in rare cases, items may not be available due to unforeseen inventory discrepancies or other reason. We will notify our customer by e-mail if an item is not available and the cost of this item will be refunded in full in this case.
• As part of our continue effort to improve our customer services, the shipping policies and shipping charges are subject to change without notice. The updated shipping policies and charges will be published on the website as it become effective.
