Exchange and Return Policy Overview

This document describes the product (s) exchange and returns policy of 4kids toys and www.4kidstoys.com

The 4kids toys endeavor to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. We believe our valued customers are the key source of our successful business. Without them, we don’t exist!

To keep our customers happy, we have set policy as listed below including but not limited to:

  • We provide quality product and service to our customers
  • Customer can exchange or return the product within 14 days of purchase
  • We listen to our customers concerns and solve them within no or minimal time*

For the Terms of Use wherever the context so requires “You”, “Buyer”, “Customer” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person or business entity who purchase the product or service from 4kids toys and www.4kidstoys.com . The terms “We”, “Us”, “Our” or “Seller” shall mean “4kids toys” and www.4kidstoys.com.

Return and Exchange Policy

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, it’s ok to change your mind after purchase. You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of purchase.

For our customer’s hygiene and health safety reason, some items may not be qualified for returns or exchange. These items include but not limited to underwear, breast pump, feeding bottle and baby teether. Etc…..

Pre-recorded movies & music; computer & video game software; and trading cards must be returned in its original, sealed and unopened packages along with an in-store receipt or online purchase slip for exchange or return. If the packages have been opened, the items may not be qualified for return or exchange.

The item (s) qualifies for return or exchange, at our sole discretion; subject to the additional terms and conditions listed below:

  • The item (s) must be returned, in new, or like-new and resalable condition, in its original packaging, and with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and all accessories.
  • The item (s) must be returned within the time frame listed above including public holidays.
  • The items must have the price tag, labels attached to the product if any.
  • Product (s) original value only considered for return or exchange. Shipping charges, sales taxes and any associated fee will not be considered for return or exchange.
  • If customer chooses to exchange a product, the price difference to the selected item will be either charged or retuned to customer.
  • Promotional items may not be qualified for return or exchange.
  • Used items will not be accepted for exchange or return.

Refund Policy

If an item is returned due to damage, wrong item, wrong specification Etc….. Customers are entitled for a full refund if returned within the time frame listed above.

If an item is returned due to change in mind after purchase or non valid reason as above, the customers are entitled for a refund of 85% of the product cost. The 15% of the product cost will be deducted as restocking fee.

The customer who qualify for a refund, will receive the payment with the same mode of payment is been made while purchase. This may take between 10 to 15 days depend on the mode of payment.
