Payment Policy Overview
This document describes the payment Policy of 4Kids toys and our website www.4kidstoys.com .
For the Terms of Use wherever the context so requires “You”, “Buyer”, “Customer” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person or business entity who purchase the product or service from 4kids toys. The terms “We”, “Us”, “Our” or “Seller” shall mean “4kids toys” or www.4kidstoys.com.
The 4kids toys doesn’t extend credit for our customers. Payment in full is required at the time of purchase. The product or service may not be released to the customer until the confirmation of payment is received. We may extent limited credit facility to a qualified business entity that purchases the items in bulk on regular basis. Prior approval must be obtained to avail this service.
All payment must be made in Indian Rupees only. It’s the customer’s sole responsibility to collect and keep an official payment receipt while making a payment with us. We may request the customer to present the original payment receipt in the event of any discrepancies may notice afterwards.
We may request the customer to provide us additional supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID) to verify the ownership of the payment instrument used while purchasing. This is done to protect our customers from the scammers who may use lost or stolen cards or information.
If the customer failed to provide such supporting document within 7 days from the date of purchase, the 4kids toys reserves the right to cancel the purchase and the payment will be returned as per our refund policy.

Electronic Payment Policy
The customer selecting Electronic Payment method, shall take all risk involved while availing this service. The 4kids toys or www.4kidstoys.com will not be responsible or assume any liability in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you while processing the payment as listed below but limited to:
- Lack of authorization for any transaction
- Exceeding the preset limit on your card or bank account
- Any payment error arising while processing the payment
- Decline transaction for any other reason
Refund Policy
If an item is returned due to damage, wrong item, wrong specification Etc….. Customers are entitled for a full refund if returned within the timeframe listed on the return and exchange policy.
If an item is returned due to change in mind after purchase or non valid reason as above, the customers are entitled for a refund of 80% of the product cost. The 20% of the product cost will be deducted as restocking fee.
The customer who qualify for a refund, will receive the payment with the same mode of payment is been made while purchase. This may take between 10 to 15 days depend on the mode of payment.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase from us and or exit this page and discontinue use of the website.
